While you ponder, let me invite you to our Sourdough and Flow event where we’ll explore just how similar we are to…you got it…sourdough. So whether you’re curious about the process and want to go home prepared to jump in or just like to eat it and want to hang with some lovely souls for a few, this is for YOU.

Weeks 2 - 5

This is an example from a participant who had been practicing yoga for a few years and wanted to dig deeper. During the workshop, she decided her goal was to open up accessibility for more inversions in her practice. The ones she could already safely get into were her favorite and she was excited to expand her abilities. We decided that working on building core strength and overall balance would help her move toward that goal. We curated a custom 60 min. flow to help her do just that.

Weeks 6 - 9

4 weeks later, we refreshed her home practice routine after checking in to see what she felt she was ready for. She loved feeling the progress and could tell more inversions were in her near future!
